Following a series of May workshops on fermentation with local artists and creators at Hectolitre, in collaboration with Bosch (Tanneurs), we are creating a space for those who have made fermentation a way of life—reinventing, adapting materials, and cultivating community—to gather and find solace in these transformative practices.

Join us for an open-air collective dinner celebrating fermented culinary traditions from Sudanese, Lebanese, Portuguese, and Irish cultures, rooted beneath the cobblestones of the Marolles and served on handcrafted plates made from local clay.

The buffet-style dinner will take you on a flavour journey of textures and shapes, reinventing local contaminations of foods from afar while bringing together people from near and far.
